Coach
Raul Hernandez
Founder & CoachCoach Raul Hernandez brings over 20 years of soccer experience as both a player and coach. He began his youth playing career with local Bay Area clubs and competed in Olympic Development Program (ODP) circuits. He later joined the professional academy system, spending two years with the second team of former MLS club Chivas USA.
Coach Raul began his coaching journey in 2008 by co-founding Club Deportivo Tigres, a family-based club in East San Jose. Since then, he has coached teams across several well-known Bay Area clubs and is currently the Varsity Head Coach at Evergreen Valley High School.
Known for his passion for the game, Coach Raul is dedicated to developing players of all ages—not only helping them grow on the field, but also guiding them to become better individuals off it.
Claudia Candelas
Co-founder & Sporting DirectorClaudia is a proud mother of three boys and has been immersed in the world of sports her entire life. Inspired by her oldest son's competitive soccer journey—and the challenges of traveling long distances for quality training—she and her husband decided to create a solution for their community. Together, they founded a local soccer training program based in their own backyard in Evergreen, San Jose.
Their mission is to provide accessible, high-quality training that inspires young players to develop a love for the game while having fun and building foundational skills in a positive environment.
